Harvesting Inner Stillness

As summer begins its quiet shift toward fall, join us for an evening of grounding and reflection. This sound bath invites you to pause, honor your growth, and settle into stillness as we prepare for the season ahead.

Through the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and connection.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering.

Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.

Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
