Equinox Balance: A MySoulSpace Sound Bath

On the threshold of the Fall Equinox, we gather to find harmony within and around us. This sound bath centers on light and dark, breath and body, guiding you into balance during this seasonal transition.

Through the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and inner balance.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering.

Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.

What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.

Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
