Advanced Pelvic Steam Ceremony Arundel

I invite you to join me for a special Ceremony. Take this opportunity to join a small group of women and experience the soothing and healing effects of pelvic herbal steaming.

This steam ceremony is for those who already have a steam box or their own setup, and have either had a one-on-one consultation with Vivian or previously sat with her in another Pelvic Steam Ceremony. Vivian will teach how to connect with the herbs and their unique healing properties. She'll guide you through understanding each herb's specific gifts - from their energetic qualities to their physical benefits. The session will also cover other supportive pelvic practices that complement the herbal steam work, creating a holistic approach to pelvic wellness and self-care.

You will experience a 10 minute guided steam session accompanied by meditation and sound therapy. There will be space for journaling, optional sharing, and song. This reflective and nurturing ceremony will provide deep renewal for your mind, body, and spirit.

Blankets and bolsters

Nourishing snack

Important Notes: Pelvic steaming is contraindicated during pregnancy and menstruation. If experiencing either of these, you are still welcome to join in meditation and connection without steam.

*Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get acquainted with the space, use the restroom if needed, and get settled so we can start promptly.

What to Wear:

FULL Long, loose dress or skirt, easy to wear while sitting on a sauna box

Underpants are optional as they will need to be removed while steaming

Socks or slippers

What to Bring:

Steam Sauna Box/own steam setup

Bath Towel (these will be folded and placed around the sauna box lid for cushion and easy clean up, extra soft is great! I will share more in person about setup)

Journal + pen/pencil

Hot Pad (something to place under your pot so it protects the wood floor beneath)

Stainless steel 2- 4 qt cooking pot with a lid (please no aluminum or non-stick coating) for your setup.
