Join Miranda at Young Harvest Farm in beautiful Arrington Tennessee for a relaxing afternoon of watercolor painting inspired by traditional spontaneous-style Chinese brush painting. All ages are welcome!
Traditional Chinese brush painting artists seek to capture the spirit of nature. The technique encourages imagination and asks you to paint what you want to see not what you actually see.
Students discover this technique to be a calming and mindful way to paint. Each stroke is made with intention purpose and love.

An overview of the materials.
How to use your new brush and the wide variety of strokes you can achieve.
You will leave with:
2–4 small paintings made in class.
Online Handouts with step-by-step instructions.
