Korean Banchan (Side Dish) Workshop

Banchan are small side dishes served with rice in Korean cuisine. They are varied from simple salad, pickled vegetables to elaborated dishes and play essential part in Korean meal. Banchan complements the main course and provide variaty of textures and flavours.

We will discover the Delightful World of Korean Banchan and make 8 different side dishes. From simple cold side dishes until a bit more complex with some cooking process but still easy level difficulty. No expertise needed to join this workshop. Just bring your enthusiasm and your appetite to experience bursting flavour of different korean banchan.

Ingredients and equipments will be also provided by us.
