Messages From the Heart -3.5 Day Retreat

I am announcing my newest offering. I am a HeartMath Certified Trainer and Coach and will be hosting our “Messages from the Heart” 3.5 day long weekend Retreat in October in Falkland, BC. We are going to spend a lot of time in silence, connecting deeply in to our hearts wisdom and listening to what it is trying to tell us. We will give it time to speak. We will commune and connect and share in this magical sacred place when hearts connect. We will also spend time in nature (sometimes in silence). Some of this retreat will be learning about and practicing the HeartMath techniques and information. And of course there will be deep and real and healing conversations and relationships created.
