This week, we explore one of yoga’s most profound frameworks for understanding our inner world: the Gunas — the three qualities that shape how we feel, think, and move through life.
From high energy and restlessness (Rajas), to heaviness and stagnation (Tamas), to calm and clarity (Sattva), these subtle energies are always in motion — and Yin Yoga offers us a gentle, effective way to restore balance within them.
🌿 Week 3 Focus:
Introduction to the three Gunas: Sattva, Rajas & Tamas
How they manifest in body, mind, and emotions
Using Yin Yoga to recognise and rebalance your internal state
