SENIORS Printmaking workshop

Learn how to carve a linocut plate, ink an image and print on the presses, alongside professional print makers.

You can create an artwork on the day! Make prints that can be framed, make cards or even print on fabric.

There will be refreshments/light lunch provided on the day.

Our studio artists who are professional printmakers will teach you how to carve a lino cut plate, ink your plate with rollers and print on the presses. It is a wonderful and addictive process. You will no doubt want to keep coming back to create artworks, or cards - this process can even print on fabrics. Come and join us for a fabulous day of creativity and laughter in our stunning heritage Firestation building - just look for the big red doors. Remember to where closed toed shoes, and an apron to protect your clothes.
