🌹We have beautiful handmade Rose keepsake pins on sale to raise awareness and funds for the Rose program and the work that we are doing with women who are experiencing or who are survivors of family and domestic violence (FDV) 🌹

Come and find out more about how exercise can assist in coping with the symptoms of mental health and how even a short walk could change your day around! 🚶🏼‍♀️

We will also have games for the children and little prizes to be won! 🎉
