Basic Yoga Class✨

Join me as we move indoors to our new space!! 🥳 ( sooo cozyyy)

This class will include pranayama (breath work) with asanas(poses) and center ourselves with our heart space. ❤️🧘🏼‍♀️

All levels welcomed, 18 years +, teens are welcome with an accompanying adult.
