Menu:🌿 Autumn Harvest Grain Bowl🌿 Golden Root Vegetable Soup🌿 Spiced Apple Compote with Coconut Whip🌿 Warm Spiced Cider (Mocktail or spiked option)Celebrate the longest day of the year with an invigorating morning of sun salutations and fresh, seasonal cooking! Alesia will guide you through a dynamic flow to energize your body, followed by a hands-on class where you’ll create a light, bright menu bursting with summer flavors.
What to Expect:
Led by Alesia Za Gara, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) known for her inclusive, accessible
classes, these sessions are for every body—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the
mat. Alesia specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair Yoga, creating a welcoming
space for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Her classes emphasize thoughtful modifications,
breathwork, and self-awareness, helping you connect deeply with your body and breath.
After a 45-minute yoga practice, you’ll head into the kitchen with Cookology’s incredible chefs,
who make cooking approachable, fun, and interactive. Together, you’ll create seasonal dishes
that reflect the energy of the season—think vibrant salads, fresh flatbreads, and cozy fall soups.
Every menu includes vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, and each session wraps up
with a cocktail or mocktail to toast your experience.
This weeks theme:
Ease into autumn with a restorative yoga practice that invites stillness, reflection, and gentle stretching. After yoga, we’ll create a cozy, fall-inspired menu that warms the body and soothes the soul.
