Peju Sauvignon Blanc: Paired with Butternut Squash hummus, roasted fig with toast points

Peju Cabernet: Paired with Brussels Sprouts/kale salad, lemon vinaigrette, roasted salmon

Peju Chardonnay: Paired with grilled shrimp set on wild rice and sweet potato hash

Peju Merlot: Paired with cinnamon ice cream with fresh apple tarts
