Students prepare a vibrant Beet, Apple & Walnut Salad with honey-mustard dressing, a creamy Mushroom & Leek Risotto, and a rustic Seasonal Fruit Galette with fresh whipped cream. A warm, skill-building culinary experience perfect for cooks of all levels.
