Next, Joe will guide you through a vibrant Winter Squash Salad with Vinegared Beets and Peppery Arugula, full of color and texture. To finish on a sweet note, bake wholesome, chewy Oatmeal Cookies—a classic treat with a plant-forward twist.

Classes are approximately 90 mins- 2 hours

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class.
