You'll meet with our hiring managers for on-the-spot interviews and offers. We have open positions in Arlington, VA.

How it works:

1. Register for FREE.

2. Prior to meeting date, you will receive an introduction email from our Talent team.

3. Walk-in to interview with team between 4:00 and 6:00pm. Bring your resume and come prepared with any questions you may have!

4. Get hired on the spot!

What you'll do as our Maintenance Technician: you are the community’s hero! Whether it’s handling routine maintenance, addressing service requests or putting out fires (literally!), you are the go-to service person for everyone. You will also prepare apartments for new residents. Thanks to you, our residents get to enjoy a comfortable place to call home.

This position’s schedule is Monday-Friday. However, you will provide on-call responses for emergency services on a rotating schedule basis. This will include responding to calls on weekends and after-hours if emergencies occur.

Pay: Depends on your experience - pay starts at $21+, PLUS a $1500 sign-on bonus*
