A staple of the DC goth scene, Slings and Arrows happens the first Saturday of the month at DC9, curated by DJ Vampyre Noire and the ever-sinister DJ Vlad. Now, for one night, they descend upon Arlington with haunting beats, brooding elegance, and unapologetic darkness.
