VIRTUAL CLASS: Nature as a Regulator: A 3-part series

This virtual series, led by a licensed Occupational Therapist, includes 3 courses: Sensory Serenity, Homeostatic Harmony, and Emotional Equanimity.

We will discuss how to identify symptoms of dysregulation in children, the importance of sensory, social, and emotional regulation for their functioning, behavior, and relationships with others, and the role that nature plays in reaching this balance.

Those who sign up for the series will receive handouts for at-home use to begin putting this knowledge into action.

After registration, you'll be sent a link for the courses.

Course dates are October 7, 14, and 21 from 7 -8 p.m.
