END-OF-YEAR WORKSHOP I AARHUS 2025

På dette magiske tidspunkt ved årsskiftet, hvor mørket stadig er på sit dybeste og stilhedens vindue står åbent, bliver vi inviteret til at forbinde os med det betydningsfulde i livet.
Det er en tid til i fællesskab med en gruppe ligesindede, at fordybe sig, reflektere, slippe gammelt og tiltrække nyt.
Det er en tid til heling, at bevæge sig gennem mørket, stilhed, langsomhed og indadvendthed. Det er tid til at opbygge tillid til nyt liv efter dvalen.
Når vi ritualiserer overgangene, som vi gør, når vi mødes for at danse 5 Rytmer, forstærker vi intentionerne, energien og transformationens kraft.
I denne workshop vil vi bevæge os med fortid, nutid og fremtid og skabe nye perspektiver.
Vi vil fejre det, vi har lært og de indsigter vi har fået.
Vi vil takke for den modstandskraft, vi har udviklet.
Vi vil værdsætte modige trin vi har taget.
Vi vil åbne for drømme, længsler og visioner fra kroppens visdom.
Rytmerne, dansen og fællesskabet bærer os med øget vågenhed ind i det, der er parat til at blive levet og udfoldet.

Søndag d. 28.dec. kl. 10.30 – 17.30
Mandag d. 29. dec kl. 10.30 – 16.30
Det er muligt kun at deltage lørdag aften.

At this magical time of the year, when the darkness is still at its deepest and the window of silence is open, we are invited to connect with what is most meaningful in life.
It is a time to immerse ourselves, reflect, let go of the old and attract the new in community with a group of like-minded people,
It is a time for healing, to move through the darkness, silence, slowness and introspection. It is a time to build trust in new life after hibernation.
When we ritualize the transitions, as we do when we meet to dance 5Rhythms, we amplify the intentions, energy and power of transformation.
In this workshop, we will move with the past, present and future and create new perspectives.
We will celebrate what we have learned and the insights we have gained.
We will give thanks to the resilience we have developed.
We will appreciate the courageous steps we have taken.
We will open up to dreams, desires and visions from the wisdom of the body.
The rhythms, movement and community carry us with increased consciousness into what is ready to be lived and unfolded.

Saturday 27th Dec. 7pm – 9.30pm (open class and beginning of workshop)
Sunday 28th Dec. 10.30am – 5.30pm
Monday 29th Dec. 10.30am – 4.30pm
It is possible to participate on Saturday evening only

Price: 1895 kr/ EUR 256 ,-, Early Bird until 10th Dec. 1495 kr./ EUR 205,-
Saturday evening only: 210 kr (with a 5xcard, additional charge of 40 kr + clip), fulltime students on SU 175 kr.

Cancellations for Workshops:
The amount is refunded up to 14 days from the start date, minus 15% for administration. If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, half of the amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of 15%. After this, the amount will not be refunded. The space can be passed on to someone else.
