You are warmly invited to an evening of intentional connection, conscious touch, and deep presence.
In this gathering, we’ll explore the many ways we can meet one another through the body, energy, and heart. Whether it’s a gentle massage, energy work such as reiki, a hug, a hand on the shoulder, or simply somebody’s uninterrupted attention through gaze or physical presence. This space is about listening deeply to our own needs and the needs of others; allowing ourselves to communicate clearly our needs and honoring whatever arises.
We will work in pairs or small groups (2–3 people), offering and receiving care through a variety of nourishing practices, always grounded in clear communication, consent, and attunement.
💗 This might include:
• gentle bodywork in the form of massages
• reiki or intuitive energy healing
• holding hands or offering supportive touch
• eye-gazing or silent presence
• or just being together — no touch required
