About the class:
The level will be beginner – but there will be many opportunities to upstyle and advance the choreo, if you are up for a challenge 😉
Through the season we will explore all kinds of vibes:
Burlesque, empowerment, showgirl, twerk, self-kindness, femme fatale, pin-up, slowness, kapow, humor and most importantly … tease!
It will be a looped choreo, so you get to enjoy and move to the flow of the whole song 🥰
Program:
15:30 Space opens. There will be 5 minutes to get in and change
15:35 class starts with 5-10 minutes of warm up
– a few minutes of technique followed by choreography
16:20ish there will be an opportunity to film yourself
16:25 class ends time to exit the class, so the people with the next booking of the space can enter at 16:30
I am only renting the space for one hour so we have to be mindful of the other renters and chat in the hallway, not in the room, before and after class.
If you are joining for the first time and/or need to pay, please come early or stay after class and I will help you in person. 🤗
