Reiki 1 er grunduddannelsen i Reiki healing.
Du lærer selvhealing og healing af andre. Din evne til at give og modtage energi styrkes gennem de 4 traditionelle indvielser, som du får i løbet af kurset.
Dette kursus følger den traditionelle linje i Reiki healing, som hedder usui Shiki Ryoho system.
Efter Reiki 1 er der mulighed for at deltage i Reiki 2 og Reiki 3.
