Join me for a 3-hour Reconnection Retreat, an evening designed to nourish your body, mind, and heart through cacao, conscious breathwork, and Yoga Nidra.
This calming, trauma-sensitive mini retreat offers space to unwind, reconnect, and gently restore balance, the perfect preparation for a deep night’s rest.
We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, creating a sense of community and opening the heart.
This grounding ritual helps us slow down, connect inward, and prepare for the deeper practices to come.
From this softened space, we’ll move into guided breathwork. Together we’ll explore how the breath shapes our physical, mental, and emotional state, and how conscious breathing can support calm, clarity, and resilience.
You’ll learn simple, accessible techniques drawn from pranayama and the Buteyko method, practices that emphasize breathing with ease, reducing over-breathing, and cultivating balance in the nervous system.
Along the way, you’ll gain insight into the physiology of breathing and discover how to build a more intuitive, supportive relationship with your own breath.
Finally, you’ll be guided into the profound rest of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep.” In this meditative state between waking and sleeping, the body releases tension while the mind remains gently aware.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool for nervous system repair, stress relief, and emotional balance. At the end leaving you feel deeply rested, clear, and reconnected.
This retreat is especially supportive for anyone navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or sleep challenges, but it is open to all. No prior yoga or breathwork experience is needed - simply come as you are -.

Who am I?
I am a Psychological Counsellor, Yoga Nidra Teacher, and Life Coach based in Berlin. I am the founder of House-Of-Breath, a holistic practice dedicated to nervous system support, emotional resilience, and sustainable transformation.
My work integrates modern neurobiology, trauma-informed therapeutic tools, somatic practices, and ancient yogic traditions - guided by the belief that true healing begins with safety in the body.
I'm certified in the Buteyko Breathing Method and have been practicing Yoga Nidra for over three years, now teaching it regularly in studio settings and private sessions.
My approach is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in the needs of each individual, especially those navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or burnout.
