In my Kundalini yoga classes, I will guide you through an experience of a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual movement.
We are awakening our Kundalini energy, living inside of us all, which can help us connect to ourselves, soul, body and purpose, and find a connection between us and the Universe.
The Kundalini yoga classes contain a set of physical yoga exercises, called kriyas, where we also use our voice and mantras. To soak in all the benefits from the physical kriyas, participants are guided to a deep relaxation. Then we end each class with different profound meditation practices, either with chanting mantras and/or breathwork exercises.
You will learn about all the great health benefits of practicing Kundalini yoga, as it can greatly affect our different body systems, e.g. bloodflow and bloodpressure, glandular system, supporting our organs and our body cells, and it has the quickest effects on one´s nervous system.
I am so thankful, delighted and proud to be able to spread the practice of Kundalini yoga to as many as possible, so we can all learn to use these methods and wisdom, based on ancient science of breath, movement and consciousness. This is how we become more present and can better take care of ourselves as householders in our modern society.
These one and a half hour classes are designed for beginners and non-beginners. If you want to use your own yoga mat and other props, you are welcome to bring it. Otherwise, we have it all for you in our space.
