We (Rasmus and Ann-Marie) are going to teach a weekly headmovements class in January and February!
What? - We will go through the 3 main headmovement techniques (bailao, tilted turns, and roasted chicken) and work them into figures.
We will do a mix of solo exercises and partner work which help you improve your leading, following, and overall technique and balance in headmovements.
When? - 7 Tuesdays from 17:30 to 18:55 starting on January 13th and ending February 23rd.
Where? - Folkestedet, room 1.4
For who? - Anyone who is interested in learning or improving their headmovements.
This class is for you if you’ve never danced headmovements before, if you have danced some and want to improve your technique, and if you just want more practice.
Please note: The class requires a good knowledge of the Zouk basic figures (e.g. basic step, viradinha, lateral, lunge)
