3) Election of the delegator and the secretary
4) Annual report
5) Presentation and approval of the accounts
6) Election of the chairman
7) Election of the vice-chairman
8) Election of the treasurer
9) Election of other board members
10) Election of alternates
11) Determination of the membership fee
12) Proposals received
13) Any other matters
