The Drama Club is a creative community where theatre lovers of all levels come together to explore performance, storytelling, and stage presence. Whether you're curious about acting, want to gain confidence, or just want to have fun with a great group – this is for you!
We’ll journey through 5 exciting modules, each focusing on a different theatrical element. You can join as many as you like — except Module 5, which requires participation in at least two previous modules.

🧘 Module 1: Non-Verbal Communication

Explore the body’s expressive potential through rhythm, listening, and connection. Learn to let go, embrace vulnerability, and communicate without words.

What makes an actor compelling? Discover how to truly be present on stage and hold attention with trust, confidence, and movement.

🎭 Module 3: Setting the Scene – People, Place, Problem
07, 14 & 21 April
Learn how to build a strong scene by developing characters, environments, and dramatic tension.

📖 Module 4: Scene Study
28 April, 5 & 12 May
Work with texts from classic and modern plays. Dive into character objectives, historical context, and dramatic readings.

🎬 Module 5: Devising & Presentation
19, 26/05 & 02, 09, 16/06
Apply everything you’ve learned to create original scenes. Perform them on the final day in a small, informal showcase.

Everyone aged 16+ is welcome! Whether you're a student, professional, or retiree, this is your chance to explore theatre in a welcoming, supportive environment.
