~ Cacao & Ecstatic Dance Ritual for Emotional Release
Some emotions are hard to face — and they need to move through us. This ceremony creates a safe space to let them flow: grief, rage, tenderness, joy.
This time we’ll combine ecstatic dance and cacao as a way to embrace not only our joy, but also our pain for the world — facing our challenges together with kindness and collective strength.
We begin with a cacao ceremony, opening to the challenges in our lives. Then we breathe, move, and dance — free of words, free of judgment. Gentle, connective exercises help you land in your body and in the group.
This is part two of the autumn ceremony series, but no prior experience is needed. Just come as you are. 🍂💃
