The Body Remembers is a space for sacred release — a dance with grief, rage, tenderness, and joy.
We begin with a cacao ceremony. We breathe. And then we dance, free of words and judgment. Gentle, connective exercises will help you land in your body.
This is part two of our fall arc ceremony series, but no prior ceremony is needed. Just come as you are. 🍂💃
