On the last Monday of each month, Århus Songwriting Workshop (ÅSV) holds an open mic for anyone who writes songs – or is just curious to hear what local songwriters are up to.
Each evening also features a short set by one of our members. This month it'll be Ingeborg Kristensen and her band Natsværmer.
In the songs she writes for NATSVÆRMER, Ingeborg addresses existential loneliness, the joy and difficulty of love, and simply being human. Her music draws on a lot of natural symbolism, as well as 53 years of life experience.
Listen to her song Der Findes et Sted here:
... and if YOU would like to perform an original song or two, make sure you arrive in good time, find the emcee, and put your name on the list. There will be an acoustic guitar and a piano at your disposal.
