In this two-day workshop, you'll learn how to make croissants in the traditional French method, which takes two days (minimum) to get the flavor and structure just right! You'll also learn to make puff pastry.
All ingredients and recipes are included in your tuition. You'll gain the experience and confidence to continue baking these at home.
