We’ll start with ice breakers and games to loosen up and spark conversation, followed by a hands-on community project to get your creativity flowing. Throughout the evening, we’ll engage in an open and thoughtful conversation about the true meaning of community:

How false or unmet expectations can create anxiety and isolation
The balance of giving and receiving within community
Ways to show up for one another—and for yourself
This is a chance to connect with women who are also seeking genuine support, friendship, and understanding. You’ll leave with:
