Hello everybody,
On behalf of Lucky Bowler Pro Shop, I am excited to announce our third league option for the 2025-26 season, the Lucky Bowler Classic Scratch league!
The Classic Scratch league will bowl Tuesday nights, starting September 9th, at 9:30pm at Country Club Lanes in Sacramento. The league will feature a short season format – the Fall version will be a 15 week season ending December 16th, and the league will start over in January 2026 for an entirely new “2nd half” Spring version.
Country Club Lanes and Lucky Bowler Pro Shop will be adding a projected $2,500 prize money with 16 teams!
The LBCS will use a build-your-own-team format; there is no league draft. Team spots are available on a first come-first serve basis. Teams will consist of 3 players with no average cap.
The league will be USBC Sanctioned and will bowl on the CCL house shot after the “CCL To Reno” league on Tuesday nights.
Due to time constraints, this will be a “2nd Shift” league, meaning the lanes will not be reoiled.
Weekly dues are estimated at $25.00 per week. Some other league details include:
- Match play point system
- Weekly Singles Competition
- Optional weekly sidepots, brackets & 50/50 raffle
- Season ending sweeper
- Bowling Jersey Included
All league specifics: rules, schedule, playoffs/format, ect, will be confirmed at the league meeting on Tuesday, September 2nd.
