Join Peggy Martinez for an engaging session on how to better serve customers with disabilities. We’ll cover key disability statistics, tips for great customer service in retail, and the significant spending power of people with disabilities—and their friends and families. We’ll also discuss how accessibility, both in person and online, makes it easier for everyone to interact with businesses and make purchases. The workshop will be simple, practical, and will include time for questions.
