Child Development Day

Is your child going to be 4 years-old by September 1st and/or are you concerned about your child's development? If so, attend the School District of Arcadia's Child Development Days Thursday, February 5th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Child Development Day is a positive, welcoming event designed to give our youngest learners a positive first experience with school. It also helps to identify children who may benefit from additional support as they prepare for their learning journey.

Children will participate in fun, play-based screenings for health, dental, vision, and hearing, enjoy a snack, and get a free t-shirt.

Families will receive information regarding Arcadia's 4-Year-Old Kindergarten program including what a day in 4K looks like, 4K readiness skills, and will complete on-site 4K registration.
