Walk to Run

Welcome to the Women in Angus Walk to Run in collaboration with Run Like a Girl Arbroath and Active Campus Dundee & Angus College.
Let's get active together this January by starting RLAG's regular 'Walk to Run' on Saturday mornings, starting with a joint event on the 17th January with the option to attend West Links parkrun afterwards. The Walk to Run distance will be approximately 3km-5km and will take 45-60 minutes, there will be a variety of paces so will be perfect for beginners and more advanced runners. This is a great chance to get outside, get active and make some new friends. Please share the event, bring a friend and let's have some fun!
