Join author and wellness expert Elizabeth Borelli and Aptos Vineyard's resident sommelier Brian Beeler at the Aptos Vineyard tasting room to learn about the Mediterranean Lifestyle diet and how well it works with wine! Elizabeth highlights the benefits of the fiber-rich Mediterranean diet and the art of savoring each moment, blending science-backed wisdom in sexy Mediterranean style.

This is a 6 course, 2 hour experience. Each course paired with Aptos Vineyard, Santa Cruz Mountains wine.
