Personal safety is the foundation of individual power, and in a world where awareness is more critical than ever, Appleton Area NOW happy to share information about upcoming Self-Defense Classes for Women and Girls (ages 13+), led by a certified instructor who brings a crucial understanding of women's lived experiences, ensuring the training is practical, relevant, and effective.
You will learn and practice essential defense techniques, and leave the class feeling truly "changed," confident, and grounded in your own strength.
Your participation is an act of advocacy: a portion of all proceeds will go directly to support Appleton Area NOW as we continue our critical work to champion reproductive rights, economic justice, and an end to violence against women.
