Whether you're new to running or walking and want to learn the best training practices, or you're a seasoned runner looking to improve your 5K time, our program is designed for you! We provide a structured, organized, and socially engaging training plan to help you reach your goals—no matter your experience level or pace.

* In-store Kick-Off & Open House on Monday, March 27 | 5:30 – 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet Fox Valley
* First group workout on Thursday, April 3

* Structured training format with warm-up and cool-down included in every session
* Tuesday evening workouts begin with a 5–10-minute educational session followed by a prescribed workout
* Thursday evening sessions start with a 10–15-minute strength training session to support joint health and injury-free movement
