The Spring Equinox marks the moment when light and dark meet in perfect balance. From here, the light grows. Energy begins to move again. And the body feels it.
This ceremony is a conscious reset. A way to clear the weight of winter, soften what’s been held tight, and create space for what’s ready to emerge as we step into this new season of BIRTH! 🌸
Through sound, ritual, and intentional stillness, we work with the natural rhythm of spring. The practices help us settle the nervous system, reorganize the energy body, and support deep emotional and energetic transformation. Many experience this as clarity, grounding, and a sense of coming back into alignment with themselves.
This is about listening first. Letting the body recalibrate. Then allowing growth to happen naturally.

While the ceremony is scheduled for 1:00–4:00 PM, please allow an additional 30–60 minutes of flexibility. We won’t rush this work, and we’ll move at the pace the group and the ceremony require.
Space is intentionally limited to 12 participants to keep the container grounded, present, and well-held.
This ceremony is for anyone feeling ready to move forward with clarity, presence, and intention after a long inward season.
