Seasonal Ayurvedic Cleansing

Ayurveda places great importance on detoxification during the transitional seasons of spring and fall and considers this the most important time to clear ama from the tissues and build ojas, the life-giving sap that nourishes all of the tissues of the body. In spring, as the warmer weather melts the winter freeze, the same is happening within you, making it easier for the body to eliminate ama. Cleansing in the Spring may strengthen your immunity, prevent seasonal spring allergies and prevent weight gain.

This class is a free complimentary community class, but you will need to pre-register.
