Ring in the New Year! Craig Woolley will guide a practice of 108 Sun Salutations followed by Danita Nelms Reiki drumming during an extended savasana. The movement of the body and breath prepares us for the movement of the sun into greater presence in our lives. Everyone is welcome, no expectations or experience necessary. Arrive ready to attune to a deeper awareness of yourself and your practice.
