January 8-Week Bungee Progression Series

Start your new year off with a workout that is low impact, energetic and fun!

This 8 week course will move you from Bungee Foundations (level 1) to Bungee Elevate (level 2). Each week you'll learn a few extra skill sets and a new routine. At the end you'll have the confidence to attend any Bungee Elevate class on the schedule. Items that will be covered:

Bungee stations basics
Cardio and footwork
Corner flies (various jumps)
Stationary skills (burpees, plunges, pushes, etc)

This is an 8 week series that meets every Monday at 6:00p. Each class runs approximately 1 hour.
