Heels Winter Warm-Up Workshop

Incorporate heels into your pole journey and elevate your technique with this 90 minute workshop. Join Coach Lacy to learn different ways to move with ease in your heels and twirl around the pole!

What to wear: Shorts and a fitted tank top is best. Heels of your choice! Knee pads strongly advised.

Remember to bring a water bottle and grip aid (grip optional).

Free for 6 & 12 month members, $40 for non-members.
