We ask anyone who is a no-call or shows up after RSVP to please reimburse the $12 per meal. Thank you.

Round Table Ground Rules and Protocol

1. Please have respect for fellow members and limit your intro to 75 seconds maximum so everyone has equal time.

2. We are interested in highlights that are pertinent to the entire audience. Routine events that are specific to your organization (brat fries, chapter fund raisers, color guard ceremonies can be best shared in a handout )

3. Please bring brochures/flyers, business cards to the meeting. These can be placed on lunch tables and viewed during the meeting. You may want to refer to these during your introduction.

4. We do limit attendance to 2 folks from each organization unless prior arrangements are made. If by some chance you are unable to attend, please consider sending a delegate/subordinate.

5. If you plan on joining us , you will need to register at as names are checked at the door. If you have signed up and an emergency arises where you cannot attend, please contact me so we can plan accordingly. Please do not RSVP and be a "no show" as this impacts lunch plans and seating for fellow veterans who may have wanted to attend. No call no shows will be billed for lunch costs.

6. We have room to grow! If you know of someone who is an officer in a veteran service organization, government VA representative, or veteran centric business devoting at least 50% of their time specifically working with vets, please send them me their name, your recommendation, and email address for consideration.

Info: This will be an important meeting as we will have board members from Old Glory Honor Flight provide us an update on past activities and what is in store for 2026 and beyond. If you have not heard, Diane Mc Donald, the Executive Director for OGHF, has had recent surgery but is doing well. We hope that she is soon out of sickbay and back to her regular routine soon!

Info: We will also be hearing a brief update from Sue Otto on the great things that the Blue Star Mothers Organization is doing for veterans and their families at our meeting.
