After attending our recent NAMI presentation on navigating the emotional weight of the holiday season, we invite you to join Check-in Chats—a peer-led discussion space designed to help you process, reflect and connect.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by schedule changes, coping with disappointment or navigating loneliness, this is a safe and supportive environment to talk it out. Facilitated by a peer leader, this gathering offers time to share thoughts, ask questions and explore strategies together.
