Forest Bathing at Bubolz!

Join us at Bubolz for a guided forest bathing program in collaboration with One Tree Forest Therapy!

Kristen Roman, the founder and guide at One Tree Forest Therapy, is coming to Bubolz to take participants on a mindful, relational experience with nature. Come slow down and build community within the serene outdoor environment of Bubolz!

Learn what forest bathing is and take part in individual & group exercises to promote your physical, mental, and emotional well-being all while fostering ecological awareness and stewardship.

Tickets are $25/person and spots are limited. There are no refunds/cancelations. Refunds will be permitted if the event is canceled by Bubolz Nature Preserve due to weather or low attendance.
