Chakra Balancing Restorative Yoga

Join Melissa Benson, E-RYT 200/RYT 500 and Reiki Master, as she guides you through a series of restorative yoga poses to bring awareness to your 7 chakras while you experience individual chakra balancing reiki energy work.

This 2-hour self-care journey is designed to lead you through a soothing, healing experience to encourage a sense of feeling balanced, calm and refreshed with a restored state of energy.

The studio will supply a hand towel, bolster, blanket, eye pillow, and blocks. Please bring a yoga mat and water. ~ $40 for the evening ~ This event is limited to 14 guests, reservations are non-refundable but are transferable. Reserve your spot with the event ticket link.
