This isn't just a dinner, it's an experience where you are the judge. With every course, you'll sample both pairings and cast your vote for the best one. We'll tally the votes throughout the night to crown the ultimate champion—Beer or Wine—at the final course!

Pairing Dinner Menu
1st Course
Belgian Endive Caesar Salad-
Superior fresh cold-smoked salmon, gorgonzola rye crouton, roasted San Marzano Tomato, garlic confit, beet -pickled carrot, fried egg aioli, and red wine vinaigrette.
2nd Course
Sweet and Sour Duck Soup
3rd Course
Cranberry Spruce Piccata
Breaded chicken breast, Cranberry Spruce Wintr Wheat Ale piccata cream sauce, charred asparagus, fingerling potatoes. Fox Tail Produce micro greens.
4th Course
Sous Vide Hanger Steak
Reverse-seared Medow Farms Organic hanger steak. Smoked pomme purée, red wine glazed carrots, bacon lardons, gorgonzola compound butter, black garlic & truffle demi glace.
5th Course
Chocolate Bunt Cakes
Chocolate mini bundt cakes, salted caramel buttercream, garnished with chocolate covered pretzel pieces.
