The Outsiders follows 14-year-old Ponyboy Curtis and his working-class "Greaser" friends in 1960s Tulsa, Oklahoma, as they navigate a fierce rivalry with their wealthy counterparts, the "Socs". The story is a coming-of-age tale about finding hope and connection amidst hardship and societal neglect.
