Join us for an exclusive Floating Sound Bath experience in this East Mesa community
Cody Blackbird Native American Flutist & Valeria on Sound Instruments!

Each class begins with gentle Breathwork and guided meditation, helping you center your mind and release tension. Then, drift into deep relaxation during a calming sound journey featuring singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs — all while floating on the water atop a sturdy board. We close the session with light, mindful stretching for a full-body refresh.
