Run a Short Loop at Contra Loma - Antioch

As always The Run Team would love to welcome you on our runs this weekend.
Runners of all abilities are running with us, so please do not consider yourself "not good enough".
On Sunday, gather in the parking lot at the Worth/Shaw Community Park, James Donlon and Blythe Drive, Antioch. Warm ups start at 730am and then the route goes out on J Donlon, meeting Golf Course Rd., then into C Loma's westside roads to exit down the dam. The full loop is 5.3 miles. Public water and restrooms are available in the park.
